AT&T Stadium
Cowboys Gameday Guide
One interactive map for a Dallas Cowboys game at AT&T Stadium in Arlington: seating, entries, the clear bag rules, parking and tailgating, rideshare, the Miller LiteHouse, “How ’Bout Them Cowboys!”, the Ring of Honor and where to stay.
Everything Around The Star
Turn layers on and off, tap any pin or list item for details and directions. Use Near me on gameday to see where you are relative to your lot, the rideshare zone and your entry.
The stadium, Globe Life Field and Texas Live! use their published locations. Entry, plaza and lot pins are approximate (directions use each place’s address), so follow event signage and the lot on your parking pass. If a pin is off, open this page with #pinedit at the end of the address to drag it into place.
Find Your Seat
Tap a seating area. AT&T Stadium’s public seating runs from the 100 level near the field up through the 200 main level, the 300 mezzanine and the 400 upper deck. Always use the section on your mobile ticket.
Simplified diagram, not to scale. Check the Cowboys app’s interactive stadium map for exact section locations.
Choose a seating area
Each area shows who sits there and what to expect.
Before You Get In Line
Stadium entries open about 2 hours before kickoff, and the plazas and Miller LiteHouse open earlier. Times change by game, so check the Cowboys’ Know Before You Go page. The stadium is cashless.

Getting To Arlington
There are about 12,000 spaces across 15 numbered lots. Lots generally open about 5 hours before Cowboys games, and Cowboys lots need a pass bought ahead in the Cowboys app or on SeatGeek. There’s no rail line to the stadium, so plan on driving, rideshare or a shuttle.
| Where | What it’s for | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Lots 4–7 | Closest Cowboys lots | Pre-purchase only. Tailgating spaces in parts of these lots. |
| Lots 10–13 | Standard Cowboys lots | A longer walk, with designated grass tailgating spaces. |
| Lot 14 | RVs and oversized vehicles | RVs can arrive the day before. Tailgating spaces available. |
| Lot 15 | Rideshare zone and bus parking | Uber, Lyft and Arlington On-Demand pickups after the game. |
| Lots 1 & 6 | Passenger and limo drop-off | Lot 1 off Randol Mill Rd. (north), Lot 6 off Cowboys Way (south). |
| Rangers lots | Overflow around Globe Life Field | Can’t be pre-purchased. Tailgating in grassy areas except Lots A, B and T. |
Lot 15 only
Arlington police ticket drivers who stop anywhere else, so set your pickup to Lot 15 and expect a wait and surge pricing right after the game.
TRE + On-Demand
Ride the Trinity Railway Express to CentrePort/DFW Airport Station, then take Arlington On-Demand or a rideshare the rest of the way.
Trolley & park-and-ride
The free Arlington Trolley runs from participating hotels on event days, and some downtown Arlington spots like J. Gilligan’s run paid gameday shuttles.
Traffic plan
Arlington police open AT&T Way between Cowboys Way and Division St. to southbound-only traffic after games to clear the lots faster. Tailgating can continue up to 2 hours after the game if you’d rather wait it out.
Tailgates, Plazas & The LiteHouse
Know the rules
- Designated spaces in Lots 4–7 and 10–15, first come, first served
- Grass perimeter only, within 12 feet of your vehicle
- Charcoal and gas grills OK; no open flames, deep fryers or oil cooking
- No saving spaces
Miller LiteHouse
The East Plaza and Miller LiteHouse open hours before kickoff, with live music, Cowboys Cheerleaders performances and other pregame entertainment.
Texas Live!
Bars, restaurants and big screens between Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium, a walk from the stadium.
Know The Cry, The Star & The Legends
“How ’Bout Them Cowboys!”
The Cowboys’ rallying cry, made famous by Jimmy Johnson after the 1992 NFC Championship win. You’ll hear it before kickoff, after big plays and all the way to the parking lot after a win.
Wear Navy, Blue & Silver
Wear the Star. Navy, royal blue, silver and white are the Cowboys’ colors, and the Star is everywhere from midfield to the video board.
How ’Bout Them Cowboys!
The cry every Cowboys fan knows.
Cowboys Cheerleaders
The center of the pregame show at AT&T Stadium.
The Ring of Honor
Look up for the names of Cowboys greats circling the stadium.
Arlington Around The Game
Texas Live!

Where To Stay For A Cowboys Weekend

Next to Globe Life Field and Texas Live!, about a 5–7 minute walk to AT&T Stadium.
Hotel Details →Loews Arlington Hotel
A large resort with a spa, connected to the convention center and set between both stadiums.

Run Gameday Like A Two-Minute Drill
Information compiled from the Dallas Cowboys, AT&T Stadium, the City of Arlington and published stadium guides. Parking, entries, times and policies can change, so check Cowboys Know Before You Go before you leave. Entry, plaza and lot pins are approximate.
